Modern Interior Style

Modern interiors style refers to a home with clean, crisp lines, a simple colour palette and the use of materials that can include metal, glass and steel. Modern design has a sense of simplicity in every element, including furniture. It is certainly easy to confuse contemporary design and modern home interior design. One of the main differences between contemporary and modern design is the age above all else. Contemporary design refers to what is currently new and innovative while modern design refers to a specific era in design history – the 1930s.
