Shipping

For orders over $100 FREE SHIPPING nationwide NZ, excluding the following categories:

  • Furniture
  • Lighting
  • Art
  • Pots + Planters
  • Trees
  • Rugs

For products in the above categories heavy or fragile goods freight is charged.

For orders under $100 we charge a flat rate of $10.00 nationwide NZ, excluding the above categories.

For international orders, please contact us to place your order directly with us so we can obtain a freight quote for you.

If you or your gift recipient are not home (and you have not suggested they can leave at the door), a card to call will be left in the letterbox. Your parcel should arrive within 5 working days of receipt of order, rural delivery may take a little bit longer and the effects of COVID-19 may further impact delivery. This is also subject to product availability, and we will always advise if there is an expected delay.

Please remember to let us know if your address is a “rural delivery” by selecting the correct freight area and choosing rural delivery.
If the incorrect freight option is selected, we can contact you by email to arrange payment of the difference.

Returns and Exchanges

Belhams Interiors takes great pride in the products offered and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us immediately. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product. If the product is out of stock we will refund your money or offer you a credit. Belhams Interiors needs to be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you change your mind, we do not refund. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims. Please note this does not include large freight items.

If you change your mind on an item in our categories list that incurs heavy or fragile goods freight, we charge a $10 administration fee.

Payment options and Credit Card Security

We use Stripe and PayPal to process credit card payments. Both are secure & encrypted.  You do not need a PayPal account, you just pay by credit card.  We also accept PayPal payments and bank deposit (NZ only) payments.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing emails from us just because you have placed an order in the past. Unless you want to receive our newsletter of course! You’ll also be asked if you want to sign up if you place an order. (Click here to sign up)

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • your name, address, and email address

These are collected by Stripe and Paypal for the strict intention of processing your order and will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be disclosed to a third party. Our payment partners process all payments, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point.

Terms & Conditions

We will take care to ensure that all product descriptions are correct. We will make every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products. What you see will depend on your computer equipment, screen or monitor and we are therefore unable to guarantee that a product’s images are an accurate representation of the actual item.

Our website features products that have been carefully selected. Products are subject to availability so once a product has sold out it will be taken off the Website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. As there is a delay between the time when your order is placed, and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular products may change. If a product you have ordered goes out of stock before we accept your order, then Belhams Interiors shall not be liable to you for being unable to provide that product to a Third Party. If such a situation arises, then we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock product.
