    No. We arrange to gain access with you or your agent and return any keys once we have finished.

    We do our best to ensure you love every piece we select before we purchase it for you. We will always work with our client to ensure they are happy with their final result.

    Our Turnkey Furnishing Service is made up of three components:

    1. Our design fee to meet with you, select your furniture and accessories and create your moodboard;
    2. The furniture and accessories are an additional cost;
    3. Installation, styling and rubbish removal.

    Costs are dependent on the size and scope of your turnkey project. A standard 3-bedroom property design fee (component 1.) starts from $1,500. The cost of the furniture, accessories, styling and installation are an additional cost.

    Once we receive your project details, we will provide a more accurate estimate tailored to your specific needs.

    We work with you to meet your deadline. Turnkey furnishing projects typically take eight to ten weeks from start to finish for an entire house. However if a particular selection is not in stock, and there is not an acceptable replacement piece, your timeframe will be affected.

    Yes! We have worked with clients throughout New Zealand. We have furnished local properties for clients from outside our region, and conversely, we have furnished properties outside our region for local clients.

    We have furnished properties with traditional details and vintage elements, and properties with sleek lines and organic materials, all while weaving our signature style, and your personal brief throughout.
