For the third year in a row we have won an award at the Taranaki Top Shop Awards, receiving a Highly Commended in our category.
We are very grateful and I would like to take this opportunity to dedicate this win to my team.
The judging process involves ’Secret Shoppers’ visiting our Showroom and engaging our staff, testing our skills and service level.
The judging began after Easter, the weekend I broke my back and some ribs in an accident in Taupo. I was unable to work for the entire time the judges made their visits.
My Showroom team of Sarda’e Palmer-Curd and Jo Collins, backed up by my sister-in-law Adrienne Brown, won this award for Belhams Interiors. I have always known I have an amazing team and now everyone else knows too!
