WOW! Our New Plymouth interior design store was announced as the Supreme winner of Taranaki Top Shop at the sold-out Gala Awards evening on Saturday night.
It was a great night for our locally-owned business – winning the Home & Furnishings Award, North Taranaki Regional Award and then taking out the big one!

Belinda sincerely thanks the Chamber Of Commerce for organising this event, The Devon Hotel for hosting us and to all of the wonderful sponsors – Thank-you so much.
In her speech, she says “I couldn’t do this without my fabulous team – past and present. Most importantly we cant do this without our customers. They are our priority. We wouldn’t be here without you. We are very passionate about what we do but we are particularly passionate about making your home your sanctuary and thats really important to us because it makes people feel settled, calm and happy to take on the world so thank you so much.”
She continues to also thank Razz print because this was a new category last year and if it wasn’t for them, she wouldn’t be here.
After winning the regional award Belinda says “This is unexpected and I am so grateful that people support us. Being part of a small town is very special. I am not from Taranaki. I’ve been here 8 years and moved here from overseas and the community has welcomed us with open arms and I am very grateful for that, as are my family. Thank you so much”

The judges shared their feedback and said “what a gorgeous shop. Warm and welcoming and a great first impression. Lovely decor and ambiance and a helpful and attentive staff member. It is well laid out to display the different options available for home decorating. Stunning retail space. An excellent comprehensive website and good signage with a strong and captivating brand. An absolutely beautiful ambiance and first class experience. We could not fault this business. It is the epitome of all round excellence.”
